1. Delivery Charges

  • Nationwide Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders across Pakistan (No minimum order value required).

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

    • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

    • Other Areas / Remote Locations: 4 to 6 business days.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS / Email / WhatsApp to track your shipment in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all locations in Pakistan.

  • For COD orders, our customer support team may contact you via WhatsApp or Call to verify your order address before dispatching.

5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Parcels

  • Courier riders will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Please ensure your provided contact number and delivery address are correct and accessible.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect contact details, re-dispatch charges may apply.
